Job Description

- Incoming delivery notes, acts of acceptance and invoices processing (except of marketing expenses) with Purchase order and without it, reference key verification for VAT, posting,  archiving. Validate invoices for Corporate profits tax purposes. Regulary reconciles opened items with vendors. Ensures reception of originals of invoices, delivery notes, acts of acceptance in time. Carries out collection of internal company documents required for deductibility of expense for Corporate Profits tax. Run EFS journal monthly, support FOS and customs VAT posting.

- Maintains advance reports of employees (for business trip, operational, entertainment, marketing and car expenses). Ensures control for expenses in advance reports, including monthly reports for balances carried forward split by employees. Monitors compliance with internal procedures of the company. Controls, tax status of expenses for employees Personal Income Tax.

- T&E BPX driving continuous improvement process, testing of  related systems within SAP environment - act as BPX for local organization

- Correct and timely reflection on the accounts of investments in fixed and intangible assets of the company in accordance with US GAAP, Russian accounting and tax principles. Correct and timely reflection on the accounts of prepaid expenses of the company in accordance with Russian laws and US GAAP. Monthly depreciation run, periodical postings run.

- Monthly reconciliation of AP, T&E, FA accounts


  • 1,5 years of experience in the same area of responsibility in international companies 
  • University degree in Economics or Finance/Accounting
  • Excellent Analytical skills
  • Excellent PC user, knowledge of SAP
  • ­Knowledge of internal control and good corporate governance
  • Upper-Intermediate English
