Job Description

Location: KR - South Korea - AK10    Goodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: Katrena Austria Calimag   Sponsorship Available:  No Relocation Assistance Available: No 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the voice of the Korean OE customer into the Goodyear organization for Product Development
  • Manage the Automotive Engineering function for Korean OE customer product development globally
  • Bridge the technical communication between GIC*L, GIC*A and regional AE team to secure technical approvals on time
  • Build strong and durable relationships with regional OEM technical departments
  • Manage/ lead the OE product development process to support Korean OE business growth in AP
  • Manage critical discussions with Korean OE customer upper level management related to product development

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemical or automobile
  • Minimum of 5+ years working experience in tire or Auto industry
  • Working experience in working with Auto OEMs in the area of product development
  • Experience in dealing with crisis discussions with OE customers or government agencies
  • Has technical background in tyres and process knowledge
  • Preferably with communication skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills  
  • Frequent travel is required
  • Has excellent communication skills in English
