Implementation Coordinator Proactive Solutions

Location: Paris La Défense

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, coordinate and follow-up on necessary actions/steps to ensure hardware implementation related to contracted Proactive Solutions services into customer infrastructure (e.g. vehicles, IT system, processes)                                                                                                                             
  • Develop, update and execute training for installation provider, installation partner and fleet customer to ensure know-how transfer, proper application of necessary processes and adequate use of available systems and tools                                                                                             
  • Support technical questions, ensure know-ledge transfer with established installation network
  • Audit established installation partner/provider and ensure the installation service level according to market needs by optimizing processes and develop new installation partner                                                                    
  • Take actively and hands-on actions in field trouble-shooting (mounting/dismounting hardware) to support Service Desk activities

To join our team you will need:

Education:

The candidate should have a Technical degree / High school degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Mechatronic

The Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ sales/after-sales field experience handling customer issues/escalation, coordinating different stakeholders, troubleshooting
  • Basic electric vehicle know-how
  • 2-3 years of experience lead cross-functional team or project
  • Previous experience in training others (internally & externally) is a plus
  • Strong technical background
  • Project management skills

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent negotiation and coordination skills in complex negotiations
  • Very persistent, stress resistant and extended availability for travel
  • Delivers results and meets deadlines
  • English and French is a must. Any other language will be considered as an asset
  • Good communication
  • Team player
