This position will be a member of Global IT Risk & Security. The incumbent will work in partnership with their team members & other parts of IT and will be responsible to monitor and troubleshoot issues with existing Qualys tasks and processes and fulfill user requests such as adding target devices, ad-hoc reports, add new users, password resets, multi-factor assistance, manage production IDs including password rotation, implement approved exceptions to scanning and mitigation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to monitor and troubleshoot issues with existing Qualys tasks and processes (ex: scans, maps, reports, authentication)
  • Responsible to fulfill user requests such as adding target devices, ad-hoc reports, add new users, password resets, multi-factor assistance, manage production IDs including password rotation, implement approved exceptions to scanning and mitigation 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science, technology and 1-3 years of relevant work experience or in lieu of degree 6-8 years of relevant work experience in Information Technology
  • 2 years of experience with Qualys or similar tool (ex: Rapid 7, Nessus, OpenVAS) in a medium-to-large enterprise environment preferred
  • Completed Qualys training courses and / or any Security certification (Security+, CISSP, GIAC, etc.) preferred

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Completion of Qualys training courses preferred
  • Hold any information security certification(s), such as Security+, CISSP, or GIAC certifications preferred
