Goodyear are looking for a Sales manager Consumer to Norway  

In this position you will primarily be leading the sales force in our business unit for consumer tires. This means developing, motivating and coaching the team to continuous improvement of efficiency with the aim to maximizing results. Your area of responsibility will include to contribute to continue the development of strategic market approaches. Furthermore, you will also:

  • propose seasonal campaigns together with the team
  • support the team in developing relationship with customers and react on market changes
  • monitoring and analyzing sales channels

You will lead our strong Norwegian sales team and report to Sales General Manager Consumer  Nordic. Travel will be common in this position. We think that you live in Oslo or in an area nearby.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • has minimum 5 years of experience within sales, with proven good results of leading business.
  • has minimum 3 years of experience in people management/coaching skills with a track record of develop a team and drive top talents
  • has experience in customer relationship management
  • has good negotiation, communication and planning skills
  • is fluent in Norwegian and English
